End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Trust Player LTDA, Brazil ("we"), and covers the Trust Player app for smart TVs. By installing or using the app you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on TVs you own or control.

2. No content included

The app contains no channels, movies, series or other content. To use it you need an account with a content provider. The provider, not Trust Player, is responsible for the content, its availability, its quality and its legality. You agree to use the app only with content you have the right to access.

3. What you may not do

  • Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
  • Sell, rent or redistribute the app.
  • Remove notices of ownership or of this agreement.
  • Use the app to infringe the rights of others or to break the law.

4. Providers

Providers that use Trust Player with their own brand do so under a separate commercial agreement with us and must hold the rights to the content they deliver. We may deactivate a Provider ID that breaks the law or these terms.

5. App stores and TV makers

Samsung, LG and other TV makers or app stores are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the app, its content or its support. Support: [email protected].

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how the app handles data.

7. Updates

We may update the app and change, add or remove features. Some updates may be needed to keep using it.

8. Warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, or with every provider or TV model.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits, or for content delivered by providers. Nothing in this agreement limits the rights consumers have under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code or other laws that cannot be waived.

10. Termination

This license ends if you break this agreement. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the app.

11. Law and courts

This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may go to the courts where they live.
